Application Fields

The application fields of the EA endless round polyester webbing mainly include:

Industrial field: Lifting belts are used for lifting and moving items, such as large machinery, heavy steel, pipelines, etc.

Construction field: Lifting belts are used for lifting and transporting construction materials, such as cement, pipes, steel bars, concrete, etc. 

Aviation field: Slings are used in airports, aircraft maintenance and loading and unloading.

Ship field: the sling is used in docks, ship loading and unloading and other occasions.

Description

Polyester flat webbing sling is generally made of high-strength polyester filament, which has multiple advantages such as high strength, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and UV resistance. At the same time, it is soft, non-conductive, and non-corrosive (no harm to the human body). It is widely used in various fields.

Features of polyester slings:

1. Good light fastness, second only to acrylic fiber, but poor dyeability.

2. Good heat resistance, good water absorption, and better abrasion resistance than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

3. High strength, short fiber strength is 2.6-5.7cN/dtex, high-strength fiber is 5.6-8.0cN/dtex, due to low hygroscopicity, its wet strength is basically the same as dry strength. The impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon and 20 times higher than that of viscose fiber.

4. Good elasticity, the elasticity is close to that of wool, and it can be almost completely recovered when stretched by 5%-6%. The wrinkle resistance exceeds other fibers, that is, it does not wrinkle and has good dimensional stability. The modulus of elasticity is 22-141cN/dtex, which is 2-3 times higher than nylon.

5. Corrosion-resistant, resistant to bleaches, oxidants, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids, not afraid of mildew, but hot alkali can make it decompose.
